We are a group with over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, which, starting in 2017, has ventured into the hospitality industry. Currently, we operate the KHARMA hotel in the city of Puebla, Mexico, and the BAL NAK' restaurant in Tulum, Mexico. Both establishments have been designed and adapted to meet the demands of our visitors.

With a solid track record of growth, we are in the process of opening a new hotel project in the city of Tulum, Mexico, by the end of 2023. Additionally, in the coming years, we plan to develop three new hotels in the Riviera Maya, Mexico and Costa Maya, Mexico.
